This role ensures consistent delivery, strong cross-functional coordination, and high-quality execution across brand programs and RFP opportunities. **Key Responsibilities Include:*** Lead, mentor and manage a team of Associate Program Managers and Program Managers, ensuring consistent execution across all active programs* Oversee day-to-day program execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met across the project portfolio* Drive consistency in program management practices, tools, and documentation across the team* Partner with Senior Program Managers on high-complexity and executive-visible opportunities* Act as escalation point for risks, dependencies, and resource constraints* Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Operations* Support prioritization of program work in alignment with Director and business objectives* Improve program execution processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability* Ensure high-quality RFP responses, deliverables, and internal readiness across all programs* Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management **Qualifications include:*** Bachelor’s degree required* 5-7+ years sales, marketing, product or project management experience.* 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing team members* Strong program and project management expertise (planning, risk management, resource allocation, reporting)* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and develop others* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills* Advanced Microsoft Office skills required* Ability to travel occasionally (10% or less)*The hybrid schedule for this role includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, and additional onsite days may be required during the training period.
