Description Job Details Pay: $375 per completed project Schedule: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Employment Type: Project-Based Pay Frequency: Weekly Project Duration: Single-day assignments Locations and Dates: South Florida: 07/06/2026 – Palm Beach Gardens 33410 07/07/2026 – Stuart 34994 07/08/2026 – Naples 34109 Central Florida: 07/09/2026 – Port Charlotte 33954 07/10/2026 – Sarasota 34231 Position Summary The Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician is responsible for removing retail signage, repairing affected surfaces, performing patch and paint work, and documenting completed work in accordance with project requirements. This position supports retail store refresh and decommissioning projects and requires the ability to work independently in an active retail environment. Key Responsibilities Remove interior, overhead, and directional retail signage. Remove associated mounting hardware and fixtures. Patch, repair, sand, and paint walls and other affected surfaces. Take and submit before-and-after photos of completed work. Safely operate ladders and scissor lifts when required. Follow project instructions, safety requirements, and completion deadlines. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at client locations. Qualifications Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation, signage installation/removal, or light construction preferred. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Scissor lift experience preferred. Reliable transportation and smartphone required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
