Solutions Consultant - Assistant Solutions Reports to Sales Manager - Assistant Solutions Job purpose Are you ready to jump into an exciting role where you’ll actively seek out and build meaningful relationships with BELAY prospects? Focused on inbound leads and prospecting, you’ll play a key role in generating new business and helping clients climb higher. The focus of this role is to actively seek and develop meaningful relationships with BELAY prospects during the sales cycle, focusing on inbound leads and prospecting to close deals and generate net new business for BELAY. As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you are expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite), while serving as an example of the company’s mission. Sales Lead Coordination, Prospecting, and Selling Responsible for meeting and exceeding a monthly quota of net new client contracts per month (inbound/prospecting) emphasizing the value of BELAY Accounting Services. Responsible for daily prospecting old leads, referrals, partnerships and the BELAY database. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our resources are up to date and plentiful. Provide incoming sales lead coverage, responding to incoming leads with urgency and professionalism. Serve as the main point of contact for leads throughout the entire sales process beginning with incoming lead-to-close (lost or won). Develop, present, and implement plans for attaining new client contracts. Achieve and exceed goals for revenue sold and activity with prospects. Thoroughly document sales efforts in our CRM from beginning to end, including tasks, sequences, activities, funnel, etc. Ability to facilitate sales calls via phone or Zoom to engage in live prospect conversations that result in sales. Comfortable with web conferencing platforms - Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, etc. Agreement Creation and Correspondence Thoroughly create binding documents for your opportunities. Serve as agreement creation backup for other team members when necessary. Ensure implementation fee and payment setup is complete for newly contracted clients. CRM Assign & work CRM task(s) appropriately and complete contact record data thoroughly to enhance our marketing efforts. Opportunity creation and management for all opportunities that you are the SC for. At the close of each day, ensure that all CRM “today” and “past due” task(s) are complete. Cross-functional Collaboration Work alongside leadership to build and execute a strategic plan to increase leads and maintain a sales funnel. Work closely with business development and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership objectives with overall business enterprise goals. Minimum Qualifications Our Solutions Consultants are meta-performers, results-driven, and hungry to crush the goals. They are expected to demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism, own the details, be organizationally savvy, and conduct relational selling at all times. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of sales or related experience. Ability to connect quickly and build relationships with clients. Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy. Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely. This role requires a dedicated home office, regular use of virtual collaboration tools, and a work schedule that aligns with business needs and BELAY's core collaboration hours. Legal Disclosures Pay Range: $18/hour Starting Pay Range: $18/hour Other Types of Pay: Commissions for OTE of up to $132,000 annually total compensation, first 5 months - guarantee commission Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance are available to eligible employees. BELAY covers 70% of employee premiums and 65% of dependent premiums for medical, and 70% of employee premiums for dental and vision. Company-paid life insurance ($15,000 coverage) and short-term/long-term disability coverage (STD: 60% of weekly earnings up to $1,500; LTD: 60% of monthly earnings up to $10,000) are provided at no cost to full-time employees. Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan through Vanguard, with a 4% employer discretionary match. Employees are eligible after 90 days of employment. Paid Time Off: Full-time (40 hr/week) employees receive 15 days of PTO annually; full-time (30 hr/week) employees receive 12 days. Additional PTO is awarded at 3- and 5-year tenure milestones. Paid Holidays: 12 paid holidays annually (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday of the employee’s choosing).
