About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Partner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a firm that is dedicated to redefining the experience of leadership advisory and professional services. The role is pivotal in driving the firm's mission, which is deeply rooted in continuous innovation, low ego behavior, collaboration, transparency, and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, with a focus on generating significant annual revenue, and experience in retained engagements for senior executive roles. A diverse client mix, including public, private equity, and late-stage VC companies, is essential, as is the ability to sell adjacent services. The firm is particularly interested in professionals with a background in technology, consumer, healthcare, industrial, and professional services, as well as those with a nonprofit focus on global NGO board roles. Applicants for the Managing Partner position at the company should be prepared to work in a highly collaborative and innovative environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong network and the ability to engage with clients across various geographic regions, including the US, Canada, Europe, UK, APAC, and LATAM.
