Pricing Manager

Repligen seeks a Pricing Manager to develop and execute global pricing strategies across its bioprocessing product portfolio. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth, improve price realization, and leverage data-driven analytics to optimize pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and customer value
Manage pricing elements of customer contracts including price schedules, rebates, volume commitments, and renewal terms
Perform financial analysis and profitability modeling to support pricing decisions on enterprise agreements
Monitor market conditions, competitive pricing trends, and customer willingness to pay
Create financial models, ROI calculators, and value communication tools for commercial teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
4+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience developing and executing pricing strategies in B2B environments
Experience with contract pricing, deal desk operations, and pricing governance processes
Proficiency in value-based pricing methodologies and pricing analytics tools
Track record of driving revenue growth and margin expansion through pricing initiatives
Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

Compensation: $116,000 - $175,000 base
