Part-Time Membership Sales / Member Coach

Anytime Fitness is looking for a motivated Membership Sales / Member Coach to help grow our club while creating an exceptional experience for every member. If you're outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about fitness, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome prospective members and conduct club tours.
- Help people choose the membership that best fits their goals.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
- Schedule and conduct Fitness Consultations.
- Build relationships with new and existing members.
- Support member retention through regular check-ins.
- Keep the club clean, organized, and inviting.
- Contribute to a fun, positive team culture.
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable working toward individual and team goals.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer within 6–12 months (company guidance available)
Part-Time (Approximately 12+ hours/week)
Required Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
