Marketing Specialist

Position Overview RapidAir is seeking a hands-on, analytical Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across our digital, channel, trade show, and outbound marketing efforts. This role will help translate business and sales priorities into effective campaigns and high-quality collateral that supports our customers, channel partners, and sales team. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B or industrial marketing and understands how to market technical or physical products to business customers. This person should be able to identify collateral needs, develop effective messaging and content, and coordinate execution using the right mix of internal capabilities and third-party resources. This role is well suited for someone who combines strong project management and communication skills with a data-driven mindset and can take initiative from identifying the need through execution and measurement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain B2B sales and marketing collateral, including product literature, sell sheets, presentations, brochures, case studies, and other outbound materials. Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, stablishing target audiences, objectives, calls to action, and success metrics. Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to identify marketing and collateral needs and translate technical product information into compelling customer-facing messaging. Support website content, digital marketing, email, and other outbound marketing initiatives. Develop marketing materials and programs to support distributors, channel partners, and other key customers. Coordinate marketing support for trade shows and industry events, including collateral, signage, promotional materials, and related campaigns. Manage third-party agencies and other relevant vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives. Track campaign performance, including engagement, leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs, and use results to improve future marketing efforts. Manage multiple marketing projects and priorities while maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of B2B marketing experience; industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical product experience preferred. Experience developing sales and marketing collateral and supporting digital, channel, and outbound marketing initiatives. Experience planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns, including establishing methods to track performance and conversions. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear customer-facing messaging. Strong project management skills and experience coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners. Resourceful and comfortable working in an environment where marketing processes, tools, and capabilities are still being developed. Experience supporting trade shows and channel partners is a plus. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means becoming a trusted marketing partner to the commercial organization – understanding what Sales and channel partners need, proactively identifying opportunities for better marketing support, and ensuring projects move from idea to execution. The Marketing Specialist will help RapidAir build a more measurable marketing function by creating stronger sales enablement tools, improving digital and channel marketing support, executing effective campaigns, and establishing practical ways to understand which marketing activities are driving engagement, leads, and conversions.
