Human Resources Business Partner
D2B Groups
D2B Groups is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our client's HR initiatives and drive business success. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR solutions that support business strategies.
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support organizational decision-making.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support workforce planning efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a HR Business Partner or similar.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Proven experience in talent management and organizational development.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
