Service Desk Manager

Role Overview Aretum is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of the IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective support for technical issues and service requests. What You Will Do The Service Desk Manager will provide daily supervision and direction to staff, manage staff conducting phone and in-person support, and oversee personnel that are the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing an IT service desk, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and CompTIA A+ certification.
