Phlebotomist- Patient Service Representative

Position Summary The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is an excellent opportunity at MultiCare to support our Lab Services. In this role, you will be responsible for patient registration and order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. You may also be responsible for specimen pick‑up in offices, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other tasks related to the operation of the specific location. Responsibilities Patient registration and order entry Phlebotomy Specimen processing Specimen pick‑up in offices Report sorting and delivery Supply delivery Other operations tasks related to the location Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent preferred Current Medical Assistant‑Certified, Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomist eligible – must complete the training and submit application within 90 days of hire Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred Phlebotomy experience preferred Previous experience dealing with the public preferred Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $24.40 - $37.14 USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill level, experience, and certifications.
