Injection Molding Process Technician

The Injection Molding Process Technician monitors operational process flow and quality of production parts related to Compound Injection Molding; and trouble-shoots any equipment problems. Responsible for Machine and Tooling Setup and ensures the accuracy, efficiencies, and parameters of process change. Responsibilities of the Injection Molding Process Technician: * Start up, process and shut down the compound injection molding equipment and lines.

• Conduct tool changes on compound injection molding lines
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance of injection molding machine and robots
• Conduct trouble shooting and maintenance task on compound injection molding

lines * Operate and trouble shoot robots Note: This section is not inclusive. Other duties are assigned as necessary to support team objectives.
