Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM 6:30 PM | 4 x 10-Hour Shifts

Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Recent Cardiac Cath Lab Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist (Cath Lab Tech) for a 13-week contract position in Bricktown, New Jersey. The technologist will assist physicians with invasive cardiac and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures while maintaining sterile technique, monitoring hemodynamics, and supporting advanced circulatory devices.

Candidates must have strong Cardiac Cath Lab experience and hands-on proficiency with Impella and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) devices. Experience assisting with permanent pacemaker placement is preferred.

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures while maintaining sterile procedural technique.

• Set up, calibrate, and monitor hemodynamic equipment and obtain cardiac output, pressure, and oximetry measurements.

• Provide technical support for Impella and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) devices and assist with pacemaker procedures as needed.

• Assist with vascular access, sheath removal, radial band placement, hemostasis, patient positioning, rhythm monitoring, and procedural imaging equipment.

• Maintain procedure-room readiness, follow radiation and infection-prevention standards, complete equipment quality checks, and participate in required call coverage.

• Minimum 3 Years of Recent Cardiac Cath Lab Experience Required.

• Current BLS Certification Required; ACLS Must Be Obtained Within 3 Months If Not Already Active.

• Radiology Certification Required; ARRT Certification Preferred.

• Hands-On Experience with Impella and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) Required; Permanent Pacemaker Placement Experience Preferred.

• Hemodynamic Monitoring and Cardiac Rhythm Recognition Skills Required; Mac-Lab and Epic Experience Preferred.

The Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technologist will provide skilled procedural and technical support while promoting safe, efficient, and high-quality cardiovascular care.
