Assembly of components relevant to the cutting die product lines. Responsibilities and Duties Ability to use various types of manual and automated equipment used to manipulate materials. Ability to read blueprints and CAD files to accurately assemble custom tools. Lifting and handling of wood, metal pieces and tooling. Clean & maintain department equipment. Required to understand and use safety equipment reflective of department. Cross‑training and support of other production departments. Able to organize assigned tasks for completion alone or with help. Inform supervisor of problems or issues which affect the company’s ability to meet customer requirements. CAD file manipulation. Department Quality Control. Physical Requirements Able to stand for long periods and be adaptable to a changing work environment. Lifting and handling of wood, metal pieces and tooling. Able to perform repetitive motions and must have strong finger dexterity. Qualifications And Skills Basic computer skills. Ability to read die prints.
