Flatbed Die Cutter Operator

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Flatbed Die Cutter Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flatbed die cutting equipment in a corrugated, packaging, or print production environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain flatbed die cutting machines
Ensure precision in cuts and product quality
Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished product for quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating flatbed die cutting machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Familiarity with cutting dies, press setup, and material handling
Ability to read job tickets, drawings, and production specs
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay rate based on experience.
