Maintenance Technician

Schedule: M-F / on-call rotation / weekends

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in owning repairs from diagnosis to resolution and keeping systems running efficiently to support a well-maintained, reliable community.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues.

Key areas of focus include:

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Completing service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction
• Performing preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset life
• Supporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in ready
• Identifying issues early through inspections and proactive maintenance, while suggesting long term solutions.

This is a role for someone who is technically strong, works independently, and takes accountability for delivering repairs that are done right the first time.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in multifamily maintenance or a related trade, with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You're dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
