Marketing Assistant

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, social media content, emails, newsletters, and promotional collateral. Support event planning, logistics, invitations, registrations, and post-event communications. Maintain and update website and other digital marketing content. Assist with social media content development, scheduling, and engagement. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners on marketing activities. Maintain marketing calendars, databases, files, and campaign documentation. Support CRM management and ensure marketing information is accurate and up to date. Track campaign and event performance and prepare basic reports and presentations. Conduct market and competitor research and assist with gathering marketing insights. Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team. Ensure marketing communications and materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating marketing content and promotional materials. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing. Experience with Canva or similar design tools . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint . Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with attention to detail. Professional, collaborative, and proactive approach.
