Key Responsibilities Support multiple Fidessa trading systems Integrate Fidessa systems into the Bank’s technology stack Upgrade product components on a regular basis to keep up with the latest updates Work with BAs/PM and other developers to satisfy business and regulatory requirements Onboard systems to DevOps CI/CD tools This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least three days a week in New York City. Basic Qualifications Minimum 6 years of work experience Minimum 3 years of Fidessa server‑side development experience Minimum 1 year of experience working with Fidessa Product Suite: CASE, FBL, TOP (OMAR, TMAR, PMAC), PAIRS, NMS, FIX+, APAS, FDA Minimum 1 year of experience with technologies including FIX protocol, TCL, Unix shell scripting, Linux, Windows 10 Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Agile environment Minimum 1 year of front Office Development experience Associate’s Degree or higher Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of core Java development experience Hands‑on FDA and Sybase experience FTW development experience is a strong plus Understanding of equities trading workflows and general equities market knowledge Excellent analytical, design, and system integration skills Ability to multi‑task and work on multiple projects in parallel Takes ownership, proactive individual with a strong interest to learn the business Enthusiastic towards completing a task Candidate should be able to work with little supervision Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline Benefits Accenture Flex offers a market competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and long‑term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
