Principal Technical Program Manager, Enablement

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 7+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology initiatives in large organizations.
• We value experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a similar role with a strong record of structuring complex problems, developing data-backed recommendations, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• We require experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the workplace to support technical program management workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.
• We expect the ability to review and verify AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data-handling expectations.
• We seek advanced analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
• We need proven capability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
• We require advanced stakeholder management skills, including building productive relationships and driving outcomes aligned with firm objectives.
• We welcome any applicable certifications.

• We develop and execute strategic technical program plans aligned to organizational goals, working closely across functions.
• We oversee complex program delivery by managing resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and roadblocks.
• We break down ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses, align stakeholders on the key implications, and turn analysis into practical, high-impact recommendations.
• We use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, dependency and risk synthesis, and executive-ready reporting, while validating outputs and handling data appropriately.
• We build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, guiding decision-making to achieve effective outcomes.
• We drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, applying best practices, and staying current on emerging technologies.
• We promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and continuous improvement routines, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
