Job Summary:
This position reviews the schedule of jobs and plan work process to ensure meeting customer ship dates. Helps set up and operate screen reclaiming and screen printing according to specifications of job travelers. Supervises screen printers as well as the screens department. Other duties may include assisting in other areas in the Finishing of graphics.


Essential Functions:

-Coordinates the assignments of employees.

-Provides training for new employees.

-Work with Production Manager on schedules and finished products.

-Meets daily production goals and strict quality standards.

-Resolves personnel problems and able to discipline employees according to company policies.


-Operates screen printing machines

-Understands job traveler.

-Understands all machine set-up and software.

-Examines products for quality, and makes adjustments as needed.

-Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations.

-Maintains housekeeping standards.


-Assist in other finishing operations as needed.

-Must produce consistent quality graphics.

Work Environment:
-Climate controlled work environment
-Cement floor with anti-fatigue mats provided for comfort.
-Clean working environment.


Physical Demands:
-Occasional walking, feeling, stooping, and kneeling. Frequently changing position, reaching, reaching across midline, and constant standing.
-Occasional arm/hand, leg/foot and simple grasping.
-Occasional lifting/lowering up to 50 lbs, two person lift.
-Occasional carrying up to 50 lbs, two person lift.
-Occasional pushing/pulling force exerted up to 62 lbs. two person push/pull.
-Standing for entire shift.
-Repetitive motion

Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day. Additional hours may be required to meet customer deadlines
