Within Dedar US, as Sales Assistant, you will contribute to the successful operation of the DEDAR New York Showroom in terms of sales, service, and operational effectiveness. You will support the Sales team in NYC with activities such as supporting the sales representatives prepare for appointments and assisting them in outside sales presentations, greeting and assisting clients visiting the NY showroom, shopping for client projects, consistently engaging customers while identifying new opportunities. In addition, you will act as the company's brand ambassador, helping to increase DEDAR brand awareness. Your main missions are:

• Provide support to the sales and management team in the NY showroom demonstrating a proactive approach with passion and professionalism.
• Assist sales representatives, Contract and Residential in preparation for presentations and assist in inside and outside presentations.
• Efficiently and thoroughly execute fabric selections and mood boards for clients with keen sense of understanding technical needs and aesthetics.
• Consistently and seamlessly delivers an elevated client experience in the showroom that reflects Dedar's position. Ensure every client is greeted and professionally assisted.
• Knowledge of the collections from a stylistic and technical viewpoint. Supply customers with product information. Present the collection with enthusiasm and feeling.
• You will maintain client libraries, check for phased-out collections, and missing core products.
• Provide a prompt answer to customer requests and customer service.
• Handle general office duties and administrative/commercial aspects associated with the sales activities, assisting colleagues and transmitting all necessary information.
• Support showroom events and marketing initiatives
• Lend support to customer service at the company headquarters in the administrative/commercial aspects regarding the clientele, including telephone, fax, and email contacts with customers
