Fully remote positions are available. Responsibilities The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices emphasize team approaches, and the interdisciplinary health‑care team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP). OMH values clinical relationships among provider levels and believes this coordinated, collaborative approach provides the highest level of care for patients. Patient Care Our clinicians customize care for each patient, determining frequency and length of visits. Medication management and individual psychotherapy are common clinical services. Clinicians also provide family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed for a wide range of presenting problems. Schedule Flexibility Enjoy freedom to create a custom schedule for work/life balance. Clinicians typically work Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Clinicians focus on patient care without on‑call responsibilities or insurance paperwork. Billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks are handled by OMH’s support team.
