A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. At least 2 years of hospital Oncology Experience. OCN Certification required within 1 year. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.The Nurse Clinicians of the Office Practice at Morris Cancer Center provide direct care and clinical coordination in an ambulatory setting. They perform thorough assessments on patients in the adult or pediatric setting as part of the multidisciplinary health-care team. In collaboration with the physician, they plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate care to meet individualized patient needs.
