Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities. In‑home assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management: Oversee office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements. Cultivate culture: Create a workplace of choice, incentivize, motivate, and set the tone for team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leader with previous experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Attributes Wants to leave behind the typical structured, 8‑5 desk job.
