Description Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities. Requirements Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen Minimum Qualifications: Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Required Skills: Experience using Confluence and JIRA Requirements gathering, documentation Engauge with customer/developer regarding Manage sprint planning and retrospective Facilitate internal customer and team meetings Work with customer management to communicate status, clearly identify priorities and milestones, and ensure customer requirements are met Work with DevOps team to ensure tasking is captured in JIRA and updated as appropriate Desired Skills: Understanding of or experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm Understanding of or experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards Understanding of or experience with Grafana dashboards This position is open for direct hires only.
