Quality Control Technician

Position Details Department: Miami Warehouse Location: Miami Compensation: $18.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Conduct Food Safety and Quality inspection or tasks for specific process Maintain records for HACCP, SSOP and Quality Standards. Perform regularly scheduled inspections. Responsible for achievement of quality department goals and objectives. Assist in plant quality activities. Identify and report on critical quality defects on production processes and products. Prepare and submit reports as required. Project zero product defect’s objective/philosophy. Perform other duties, as assigned Education and Experience What you bring to Pacific Seafood Required High School Diploma/GED equivalent Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training Preferred Previous experience in quality assurance in the seafood industry Knowledge of HAACP, GFSI, SSOP, and COOL Act Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
