Receptionist Responsibilities: The receptionist will greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpfulmanner Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls or take messages Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, andemployees Distribute resident and officemail What we offer: On-going training and support And much more!
