Our fun Dental Office is looking for a Front office Receptionist/Staff Member to join our growing practice. We are a fun, upbeat, clean office with great benefits. We have state of the art equipment such as Digital Xrays, CBCT, Intraoral cameras, Prime Scan, Cerec Milling Machine and more.

We work 4 days a week, Monday - Thrusday 7am - 4:30pm giving you a 3 day weekend.

Some of the Duties are:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary updated insurance as needed.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Must know how to work with Eaglesoft

Requirements:

-MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS DENTAL EXPERIENCE

-Must be a self starter, team player, and have fun positive attitude with motivation to help grow the practice.
- Have Proven experience in Insurance verification and staff member in a Dental healthcare setting.
- Must be proficient in using Eaglesoft software, Weave and phone systems.
- Knowledge of Patient scheduling and procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage patient records and administrative tasks effectively as needed.
