The Opportunity:

• Lead an established ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program
• Dedicated 60% protected administrative time for Program Director responsibilities
• Maintain a 40% clinical practice with teaching integrated into patient care
• Join a close-knit residency program
• Work alongside 6 psychiatry faculty members and experienced GME support staff
• Shape curriculum, resident development, recruitment, and program strategy
• Flexible leadership schedule and strong institutional support
• Minimum 3 years of leadership, teaching, or GME experience
