The Activities Assistant position at Vantage Health and Rehab of Westfield supports recreational programming that enhances resident engagement and quality of life. Activities Assistants plan, organize, and lead activities that promote socialization and well-being.

• Plan and assist with resident activities

• Maintain activity schedules and records

• Coordinate vendors and supplies

• Track participation and feedback

• Ensure activities follow budget guidelines

• Pay Range: $17.50

Activities Assistant Qualifications & Skills

• Creativity and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
