Artemis Arc is seeking a Project Manager, Informatics (Communications Lead) to support the VHA Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI) in stabilizing, recovering, and post go-live operations of the Oracle Health Federal EHR. The role requires applying lifecycle and project management methods to plan, execute, and track communications and change-support workstreams, while managing cost, schedule, and risks.
