We are located in AIKEN, SC and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearKey responsibilities include generating leads and building a strong client base through networking, referrals, and outreach; conducting client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options; explaining policy details clearly and answering client questions to ensure understanding and satisfaction; collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales goals; maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities; and staying up-to-date on State Farm products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation with a results-driven mindset, ability to build trust and rapport quickly, previous sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required — we provide training! Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
