Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement
Target Earnings : $50K - $90K+
Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid Holidays
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement to sell Hansons home improvement services directly to homeowners.
This is a full-time residential D2D, W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $90,000+
- Bi-Weekly pay
- Bonuses and incentives available
What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners about Hansons Home Improvement services
- Educate customers on available solutions
- Help homeowners select the right product
- Generate leads, Close sales, and schedule installations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
