Bacsa Family Dental is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Indianapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced general dentist looking for strong earning potential, mentorship, clinical growth, and a supportive long-term practice environment.

Full-time schedule with a combination of:

• Monday: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

Saturday coverage is required - One per month, hygiene exams only to build your schedule

Join a well-established practice with 3 doctors, 4 full-time hygienists, 2 part-time hygienists, 1-2 EFDAs per doctor, and an experienced front-office team .

Our current full-time associate produces approximately $250,000-$300,000 annually , providing a strong opportunity for a motivated dentist to build a productive schedule.

Dr. Bacsa genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing dentists . You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your general dentistry skills and, if interested, grow into additional procedures and surgical dentistry.

Our practice uses Dentrix and participates with Delta Dental and Carrington Platinum plans while maintaining a patient-focused approach rather than being heavily insurance-driven.

• 2-3+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills is a must

• Additional specialty or surgical experience is a plus
• Strong leadership skills
