Information Security Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join their team. As an Information Security Analyst , you will be part of the IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption team supporting enterprise-wide identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Information Security Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Support adoption of enterprise IAM services through onboarding, migrations, and access transitions

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure IAM solutions meet business requirements

• Assist in triaging IAM issues across various teams based on business impact

• Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for IAM services

• Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, and application teams to enhance user experience and service adoption

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis or equivalent, including work, training, military, or education

• Strong focus on IAM, with experience supporting onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives

• Knowledge of IAM solutions in cloud or hybrid environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Understanding of core IAM capabilities such as MFA, identity governance, and access management
