Employer Industry: Electrical Infrastructure Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $176,300.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading global provider of electrical solutions Flexible remote work option with up to 50% travel to engage with customers Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Supportive company culture that values innovation, integrity, and community engagement Chance to work on impactful projects that enhance safety and security in electrical systems What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and manage the sales process in the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Partner with independent manufacturer rep agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives and performance expectations Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations that articulate the company's value proposition What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, modular buildings, or integrated solutions Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
