IT Operations Support 3rd Shift-ONSITE

Seeking a customer-focused IT professional to provide after-hours support for network and system-related issues. This role handles incoming technical requests, monitors alerts, creates and updates tickets, escalates incidents when needed, and helps ensure services remain available. *This role is onsite and cannot support c2c candidates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and technical inquiries
• Monitor systems and investigate alerts
• Document incidents and maintain ticket accuracy
• Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
• Communicate status updates during service disruptions
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with troubleshooting and ticketing systems
• Ability to follow documented processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Help Desk, Service Desk, Call Center, NOC, or IT Support experience
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

Level: Entry-Level IT Support / Operations Support Technician

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
