We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location on Watson Road. • Direct and oversee all store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
• Manage all cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members through effective communication, performance feedback, and recognition of achievements
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
• Maintain strict quality control standards for food preparation, product delivery, and customer service excellence
• Implement and monitor scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal labor cost management
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Ensure store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase store profitability

Qualifications
