Overview General Manager is responsible for leading the store and managing a team that includes a Visual Sales Manager, a Training Manager, and an Operations Manager. The role drives exceptional customer service, business performance, and strategic goals. Responsibilities Build effective teams and develop talent. Drive engagement through collaboration with Area Director and Store Managers. Communicate effectively with staff, Area and Regional Directors, and customers. Instill trust and ensure accountability.
