StaffedUp Hospitality | St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a motivated leader with a passion for the restaurant industry and a track record of success in high-end or high-volume establishments. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee multiple locations throughout St. Louis, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations across various locations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a strong front-of-house and kitchen team.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and achieve business goals.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant leadership roles.
- Proven track record in high-end or high-volume establishments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
