Patient Services Specialist – Outpatient Oncology Clinic
Join our compassionate oncology team and make a difference every day.
We’re looking for a caring, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Services Specialists.
In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, supportive experience for patients and families throughout their treatment journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in and scheduling.
- Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and collect payments.
- Coordinate appointments for oncology consultations, infusions, labs, and imaging.
- Communicate closely with nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
- Keep patient information accurate and confidential in the EMR system.
- Help ensure every patient feels cared for, respected, and informed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma
- Great communication skills, empathy, and professionalism.
- A team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
