Lead Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager (USA, UK and India hiring)
JK Tech is a mid‑sized digital transformation company serving clients across the US and UK. We operate in three key industry segments: Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, and Financial Services & Insurance, focusing on Data, Cloud & AI/ML technologies. Our digital business has grown about 85% in recent years, with Retail & CPG contributing 55% of revenue. Desired profile Hunter with excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling business presentations. Experience selling IT services to Insurance P&C clients. 10+ years as a pure hunter, having secured new logos in the last two years (minimum 4–5). Strong background in digital transformation, having sold or understood Data/Digital Transformation services. Roles and Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their needs and build relationships based on trust and respect. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior. Maintain accurate records of inventory and account notes. Keep updated knowledge of company products and services. Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes. Identify industry trends. Act as a client advocate focused on improving the buyer experience.
