Performance Goals to articulate productivity and accuracy standards for the Document Management Technician.Responsibilities:Assist with the processing or routing of a variety of incoming documents or email requestsRecognition of Underwriting, Claims, or Audit documents to make appropriate decision on processingUnderstanding and expertise to execute on assigned Performance Goals via following prescribed training guidelinesAdhere to prescribed productivity standardsAdhere to prescribed accuracy standardsContribute to team meeting service level standards set forth by department leadershipMaintain a professional working relationship with colleagues at Markel.Job Requirements:High School Diploma RequiredStrong written and typing skillsStrong oral communication skillsAdequate in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong Team PlayerUS Work Authorization required.
