HP PC Sales Representative

Overview Part‑time HP PC Sales Representative – Best Buy 887, Paramus, NJ 07652. Job Type: Regular. Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14 hours per week). Responsibilities Engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing premium HP PC products and accessories. Demonstrate features of premium PCs and leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance the customer experience. Build and maintain professional relationships with retail partners within assigned store(s). Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation. Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report and provide competitive insights to management. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis and maintain the workstation/kiosk in a clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable state. Accurately document and report sales, track activity, and communicate results to Retail Operations. Present customers with product suggestions based on their needs and build their confidence in selection. Handle transactions, ensure timely paperwork completion, and maintain customer confidentiality. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Outgoing personality, eager to learn, comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products. Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Retail or customer service experience a plus; Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
