Radiation Therapist Oncology

Schedule: Days, approximately 09:3018:00 (hours may vary per department need).

Assignment Details: Daily census of approximately 8090 visits. No floating or on-call required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
• Active California (CA) license required at the time of submission (no pending/temp).
• Required certifications: ARRT (T) and BLS.
• Experience with Impac MOSAIQ required.
• Experience with CBCT / kV / mV imaging required.
• Experience in adult inpatient and outpatient oncology cases required.
• Emergency case experience required.
• CT simulation experience required.
• 2 supervisor-level references from within the past year are required at submission.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver radiation treatments to patients according to treatment plans.
• Operates radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for radiation safety.

Compliance / Notes: Flu vaccine required (no exemptions). COVID-19 vaccine not required. No RTO within the first 2 weeks; maximum RTO 2 weeks total.
