Location: Louisiana · Type: Full-time · Pay: $14.00 to $17.50 per hour, or $41,000 to $47,000 per year salaried (50 hours per week)

• Lead shifts and give every team member a clear job

• Keep service fast, friendly, and accurate. Step in and fix guest concerns

• Train and coach the crew. Show why a step matters, not just how

• Help build the schedule and cover call-offs

• Follow food safety and Burger King standards on every shift

• Run opening and closing checklists, cash counts, and deposits

• Watch waste, food cost, and labor. Share what you see with the General Manager

• You lead by example and pitch in wherever the team needs you

• You like coaching people and seeing them get better

• You're ready to learn how to run a whole restaurant

• You care that every guest leaves happy

• A steady, positive leader who wants to grow into General Manager

• 1 year as an Assistant Manager and/or 1 year as a Team Leader in quick service

• High school diploma or equivalent

• ServSafe and Burger King University (BKU) certifications

• Reliable transportation

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Able to pass a background check and work legally in the U.S.

• Hourly or salaried, depending on the role

• Training and coaching to get you ready for General Manager
