Home Infusion Registered Nurse - 12-Hour In-Home Care

Amerita in Providence, RI is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide home infusion care to our specialty infusion patients in their homes. This role focuses on 1:1 patient care, infusion therapies including IV antibiotics and nutrition support, and other specialty meds. You will assess patients, develop and monitor the Plan of Care, collaborate with pharmacy staff, manage vascular access, educate caregivers, and participate in on-call rotation.
