Client Associate - Commercial Real Estate (Experienced)

We're currently looking for experienced Commercial Real Estate Agents who have a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships. Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of Commercial Real Estate experience (or equivalent transaction experience) What makes Elevate Crest different? We're more than a brokerage. We are actively working across Retail Hospitality What We're Looking For Proven transaction and deal-closing experience Ability to source new business and build client relationships Self-starters who can work independently without constant supervision Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills Required Skills & Experience Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and in-person prospecting Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present professionally to clients Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and consistency in daily prospecting activities Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and follow-ups Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and general business technology tools What We Offer A platform designed to help agents win and execute more deals Support with deal sourcing, project execution, and client services Access to a full-service team covering brokerage, construction, and development Commission-based compensation with no income cap Experienced agents typically earn between $100,000 - $200,000+ annually , depending on production.
