Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience, preferably in adult acute care settings
• Proficiency with CT simulation, MRI, PET scans, tumor localization, beam modulating/positioning, and dose calculation
• Experience using Pinnacle (Philips), Eclipse (Varian), ARIA, and Varian 21ex/ix systems
• Knowledge of external beam therapy, IMRT, and treatment site simulation
• Certification in BLS and ARRT (Therapeutic Radiation Physics preferred)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a ratio of 1:5
• Strong radiation safety and isolation precautions expertise
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible attitude towards floating between sites

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Rapid Response/Code teams
• Familiarity with lift/transfer devices
• Additional certification in advanced radiation techniques or imaging modalities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification in radiation therapy through ARRT
• At least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience
• Previous travel or float experience is a plus but not required; first-time travelers are welcome

Other Requirements:

• Ability to float between two clinical sites approximately 25 minutes apart
• Availability to work day shifts: 5x8s or 4x10s
• Must be willing to work during catastrophic events or emergencies as part of storm/hurricane teams
• Scrubs provided in royal blue; no orientation required as onboarding will be seamless with your expertise
• This position offers an immediate start directly at the clinic, no additional training or dimensions training necessary
