Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.What You'll Do* Support the delivery of business and technology projects across industries, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards.* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.* Manage day-to-day project execution, including task tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.* Facilitate agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on project context.* Leverage AI tools and techniques (e.g., generative AI for documentation, automation for reporting, predictive analytics for risk tracking) to improve delivery speed and quality.* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts within the delivery capability.* Work closely with senior consultants and project leads to ensure alignment with delivery best practices.What You'll Bring* 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.* Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Proven experience with AI-enabled tools that support project delivery and team productivity.* A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members and clients.* PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, technology, engineering).About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
