Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range: $45-51 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time hires and $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Dental Hygienists are responsible for delivering direct dental care and supporting office operations under the supervision of a dentist: Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to patients. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take and develop x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride. Offer same‑day care opportunities and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Assess patients’ dental condition, review medical history, and provide charting assistance. Maintain adherence to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the treatment process and create memorable experiences. Qualifications Requirements for this position include: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment upon hiring.
